Let's try out our mother-to-be group classes, where our physiotherapists could help you to prepare for the childbirth.

Personal mother-to-be programme

The physiotherapists and dietetics of the Lite MED Line insure a professional background for the expectant mothers. They help to understand the changing of the body and help them to prepare for the childbirth.

You can chose whether the personal training or our group classes which are specialised for the expectant mothers.

The programme is not finished after the childbirth. Our professional and skilful trainers help you that you can gain back the ideal body shape, moreover they assist you to return to the regular everyday training. More information >>>
